    in the dimer Al2Cl6 there are two dative bonds, the 2 Al atoms and 2 Cl atoms attain stability but the 2 Cl atoms that are the donors do not attain stability is it normal or I did an errow while drawing

    CO2 has 2 polar covalent bonds,the polar moments of each of these bonds cancel out hence making it having zero polar moment. 

    I want to know how the two polar bonds cancel out, are they oppositely charged ?
