    Correction 1;

    The direction vector state is supposed to be as the teacher corrected at the end

    Correction 2: 

    the component of the force F along the direction of the vector d is given by 

    Here, and  hence

    we can find the unit vector of d which is

    So the right answer is option D and not option A as choosen.
